Send the landlord's, agent's or buyer's requirements before the estimate. Point out the kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances and cabinets that need work. Then ask what's included, what's extra and what needs a specialist.
Arrange the clean after removals
Floors and surfaces are easier to reach once the place is empty. If furniture or boxes are staying, tell us where they'll be. Confirm authorized entry, water, power and any condo parking or elevator rules.
Keep cleaning and damage separate
Cleaning can't fix broken fittings, damaged finishes or wear. Flag them to whoever is responsible. A cleaning appointment won't solve them. A visit also won't guarantee a deposit refund, an inspection result or a sale.
Keep a record of the agreed work
Save the estimate and checklist. Agree on how follow-up questions get handled. Book the appointment around inspection and key-return times, with some slack in case there's an access problem. If an extra task turns up, confirm how it gets approved before work starts.

Can move-out cleaning guarantee my deposit back?
No. The lease, the property's condition and other requirements decide the deposit. A cleaning visit only covers the work you agreed to.

An empty property is easier to get around. If belongings are staying, tell us so we can talk through the tasks to include.
