Plan the appointment around the move
Moving out? Book the clean for after the furniture's gone, so we can get to the floors and surfaces. Moving in? Try to have us clean before the deliveries come. Tell us if movers, contractors or inspections overlap with the appointment, and check that electricity, water and building access are set.
If some belongings are staying, tell us which rooms are still in use and agree with us on what can be done around them. A full empty-property clean only works when the rooms are empty.
What to discuss in your checklist
Start with kitchens, bathroom fixtures, mirrors, floors and the surfaces we can reach. Refrigerator and cabinet interiors, drawer cleaning, slider tracks and detailed woodwork are extras, so ask for them by name. Send the handover checklist before the estimate so we can mark what's included.
We can't guarantee you'll get your deposit back, pass an inspection or close a sale. The lease, the property's condition and other requirements decide those. Keep the agreed scope and our completion messages with your moving records.

Moving-clean questions
Is move-out cleaning the same as deep cleaning?
They can overlap. A moving clean is planned around the handover and access. A deep cleaning is planned around buildup and the detail work we agree on. For an accurate estimate, tell us the condition and send the handover checklist.
Are appliances and cabinets included?
Ask us to list interiors and exteriors separately in the estimate. Empty out cabinets and appliances where needed, and tell us about anything we shouldn't touch.
Can you clean before I receive the keys?
Only with authorized access. Sort that out with the owner, manager or agent before you book. Until your tenancy or closing starts, we may not be allowed in.
