What house cleaning covers
Our standard cleaning checklist lists kitchen surfaces and microwave cleaning, bathroom fixtures and mirrors, general tidying, floor cleaning and ceiling-fan dusting. The final list of tasks comes down to your property. Tell us which rooms need attention and which areas we should leave alone.
Appliance interiors, laundry, detailed woodwork, grout and other extra tasks need a separate conversation. Interior windows and cleaning under furniture aren't included in every visit, so ask if you want them. Agree with us on access and any extra work before you book.
Weekly, biweekly or monthly cleaning
With recurring visits, kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces don't get out of hand between appointments. Weekly service can suit a busy household. Biweekly lets you mix regular upkeep with some cleaning of your own. Monthly visits may suit a home that doesn't get much use. We help you pick a frequency based on how the home is used and its condition. We don't just assign a package by bedroom count.

If you live in the home, tell us about pets, rooms in use and fragile items. For a condo, send building-entry instructions, parking restrictions and elevator arrangements. For a seasonal residence, tell us when you'll get there and who can let us in. A cleaning isn't a property inspection or maintenance visit.

How do I prepare?
Clear personal items off the surfaces you want cleaned, keep pets secured and point out delicate finishes. Tell us about any product restrictions before the visit. You don't need to pre-clean. Just tell us what shape the home is in, so we can quote the right amount of work.
